Long Crail Cardigan in Donegal Merino wool
from the Bill Baber collection

Ornsay Jacket in Donegal Merino wool
Meet the Ornsay — the more relaxed, casually elegant sibling of Bill Baber's beloved Skye Jacket. Shorter in length and effortlessly wearable, it brings the same handmade Edinburgh craftsmanship to a style that works just as beautifully on a weekend as it does for a special occasion.
Knitted in Edinburgh from 100% Donegal spun merino wool, the Ornsay has a superb handle and drape that you'll notice the moment you pick it up. Donegal wool is instantly recognizable for its characteristic flecked texture — each fiber carrying the warmth and character of a centuries-old Celtic craft tradition — and in merino, it's wonderfully soft against the skin.
Bill Baber's simple Celtic knot motif runs through the piece, subtly blending three distinct colours into one unique colourway that catches the light beautifully. Wear it open as a relaxed layer, or fasten it with a brooch pin for a more polished look — either way, it works.
Merino wool is naturally long lasting and beautifully soft. We recommend a gentle hand wash in cool water or dry clean to keep it looking its best.
Available in: Marine (Medium — UK 12 / US 10)
