Scottish Creations Shipping Policy
At Scottish Creations we aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, if possible, it will be shipped on the day your order is received, weekends and public holidays excepting. On those occasions, we will have your order ready to be shipped the first available working day.
We will endeavor to find the best option for shipping your package, mostly we find USPS and UPS to be excellent and they are the services we feature. Should you wish your package to be shipped with any other carrier, please contact us for current rates and time scales.
Should we anticipate any serious delays, we will advise you immediately.

Failure to pay any applicable import fees may result in delays or the return of your order. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges, we may be unable to issue a full refund.
