Serape in Hame Tartan
"Hame", the Scottish word for home. And in this beautifully gentle tartan from Lochcarron of Scotland, that's exactly what you'll feel wrapped in it.
Inspired by the soft misty tones found in the Scottish scenery surrounding Lochcarron's mill in the Scottish Borders, purple heather and yellow gorse sitting amongst misty green hills, the deep blues of the rivers and waters flowing through the landscape, the Hame tartan is a love letter to the Scottish countryside in all its quiet, breathtaking beauty.
Crafted from 100% lambswool and made proudly at Lochcarron's mill, it has a warmth and softness that feels as comforting as its name suggests. Worn over the shoulders like a cape, it layers beautifully over jumpers or a coat, and transitions effortlessly from casual dressing to weddings and evening wear. At 140cm x 180cm (55" x 70") including roped fringe it drapes beautifully on any body.
For anyone who carries Scotland in their heart, this one is for you.
Dry clean only.
Made in Scotland
Lochcarron of Scotland has been weaving fine Scottish textiles at their mill in the Scottish Borders since 1946. The Hame Lambswool Serape takes its name from the Scottish word for home, its gentle design inspired by the purple heather, yellow gorse, misty green hills and deep blue rivers of the Scottish Borders landscape surrounding Lochcarron's own mill. A beautifully considered piece in 100% lambswool, made in Scotland, 140cm x 180cm including roped fringe.
