From Sand Beach near Applecross in Wester Ross, the view across the Inner Sound is one of the finest on the whole west coast, the jagged Cuillin ridge of Skye rising up on one side, and the flat-topped hill of Dun Caan on Raasay on the other. It's the kind of spot where you sit down for five minutes and somehow lose an hour, watching the light shift across the water until the sun drops behind the hills.
Cath Waters brings her atmospheric style to this coastal scene, capturing that same golden, unhurried light. Hand-finished on a ceramic tile, it's a wee piece of the Wester Ross coastline for your wall.
